DX Challenge! 24/06/19
On Tuesday 18th June DX students engaged in a variety of challenges. These challenges were created to test team building, communication skills and forward thinking. One of the many challenges which the students were to undertake was to work in a team of 3 to 5 in order to solve a problem which they were given. DX students needed to come up with a tool using only string and a rubber band which could be used to stack a group of plastic cups into a pyramid. One of the students, Andreea-Marina, expressed how fun the activity was as students were not allowed to use their hands, she found this interesting yet challenging as they needed to ensure the measurements of the strings were correct without having to measure the cup itself!
